The revised, proposed project consists of an 8-story apartment building with 147 residential units, including 24 affordable units, all over 2.5-level subter-ranean garage. As prescribed per the City’s affordable housing production program, 4 units are at 50% AMI, 4 units are at 80% AMI, and 16 units are at moderate income levels and based on 100% density bonus. There are 175 parking spaces including 132 EV or EV ready parking spaces. 269 bicycle spaces are included in the project: 244 long-term bike parking spaces and 25 short-term bike parking spaces
